Abrezo

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Version 1.1

These terms are the agreement between you and Roberto Requena, operating Abrezo.app, about your use of Abrezo. By creating an account you accept what this document says. If you disagree with any of it, do not use the app.

How we handle your data is explained separately, in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

1. What Abrezo is

Abrezo is an app for sharing photos with a small group of people close to you. It is not an open social network: there are no public profiles, there is no user search, and the only way in is a direct invite from someone already inside.

2. Who can use it

3. Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number. You are responsible for what happens from it, so keep control of your line and your device.

If you lose access to the number, you lose access to the account: there is no other way to recover it, because we store no email and no password.

4. Content rules

By using Abrezo you agree not to send or post:

Abrezo is a closed network, but that does not make it a space without rules. Sending something only to your friends does not make it acceptable if it breaks this section.

You also may not

5. Your photos stay yours

We claim no ownership over anything you send. Your photos are yours.

To operate the service we need a limited technical permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to store, process, resize, and deliver your photos only to the people you chose as recipients, and to analyze them automatically for moderation (section 6).

That license exists only while the content is on the service. When you delete a photo or your account, the license ends and we delete the files.

We do not use your photos for advertising, we do not train models on them, and we do not show them to anyone outside your recipients.

6. Moderation

Every photo is analyzed automatically before delivery to detect sexual or violent content. Photos that fail the filter are not delivered.

Any user can report a photo. Once reports add up, the photo is automatically pulled from everyone's feed.

You can also block anyone: you will stop receiving their content immediately.

Reports are kept even if the account involved is deleted, because they are the record of why a moderation decision was made.

7. Invites, friends, and groups

8. Price

Abrezo is free today. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will tell you in advance inside the app, and what you already used for free will not become paid overnight without notice.

9. Service availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the app working, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it is always available, error-free, or that photos are delivered instantly under any network condition.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw features. If we withdraw something important, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Suspension and account closure

You can delete your account whenever you want from Profile → Delete account. It is immediate and irreversible: it removes your profile, your photos, the copies sitting in other people's feeds, and your friendships on both sides.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, especially the content rules in section 4. In serious cases — sexual content involving minors, credible threats — we will do so without prior notice and may report it to the authorities.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the app. We are also not liable for what other people do with the photos you sent them: we cannot stop someone from taking a screenshot.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change something material, we will update the date above and tell you inside the app. If you keep using Abrezo after the change takes effect, we take that as acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Los Teques, estado Miranda, without prejudice to the consumer rights the law of your country of residence grants you.
