Delete your Abrezo account

Abrezo is an app by Roberto Requena. You can delete your account and your data in two ways.

In the app

1. Open Abrezo.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, write to hola@abrezo.app with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us the phone number or email you signed in with. We'll ask you to confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• your profile, your name and your profile photo;
• your photos and their thumbnails, including the ones on other people's screens;
• your friendships and your groups;
• your sign-in account.

It can't be undone. We keep no backups to restore deleted accounts.

What we keep

Moderation reports that involve your account are kept for up to 2 years, as the privacy policy explains.
